JACK DANIELS SIZZLING SMOKEHOUSE BABY BACK RIBS

1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp. Chili Powder
2 Tsp. Ground Cumin
2 Tsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Coarsely Ground Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp. Allspice
6-7 lbs. Meaty Baby Back Pork Ribs
2 Bottles Jack Daniel's Sizzling Smokehouse Blend Barbecue Sauce
Directions:
Combine garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, salt, coarsely ground black pepper, and allspice in a small bowl; sprinkle 1 Tsp. Spice rub on each side of each slab of ribs. Arrange on a large baking sheet; cover with foil and chill for at least 2 hours and up to 1 day. Roast the ribs in a 350 degree preheated oven on a roasting pan for about 30 mins. Do not cover ribs When ready to serve - preheat your grill to a medium high heat. Put the rib rack halves on the grill and grill them while brushing generously with the barbecue sauce. Grill them until they are well glazed and browned. Serve the remaining sauce along side of the ribs.
