Crockpot Barbecued Beef Recipe

* 1 to 1 1/2 lb. roast, cut in large chunks
* 1 cup chopped onions
* 1 cup chopped green peppers
* 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
* 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
* 1/8 c. cider vinegar
* 1 tbsp. chili powder
* 1 tsp. salt
* 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
* 1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Preparation:
Add ingredients to crockpot in order given Do not stir.

Cover and cook on HIGH for 1 hour; turn to low and cook 8 to 10 hours, or until very tender.

Stir a few times during last hour. Shred and serve on warmed buns.
