Macaroni Salad

Macaroni Salad


1 lb. cooked elbow macaroni - cooled and drained with cold water.
1 to 2 cups celery, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 carrots, grated
1 green pepper, diced
1 small can peas – optional
2 cups mayonnaise
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup vinegar
3 to 4 hard boiled eggs, chopped

Mix together celery, onion, carrots, green pepper and peas; add to macaroni.
Mix together mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar for dressing; and mix into macaroni mixture. Add eggs and mix well.
