Strawberry Margarita Dessert

Turn one of your favorite summer drinks into a cool dessert using this delicious recipe for Strawberry Margarita Dessert. Instead of getting out a chilled glass and blender, get out a dessert plate and fork for this sweet treat. If you want to get that lavish bakery-look, it’s simple! Just slice additional strawberries and use to garnish the dessert just before serving. Since this is a frozen, no-bake dessert dish, cutting this into small squares can be a bit of a challenge. For easy cutting of frozen desserts, carefully run a sharp knife under hot water before cutting.

Nutritional Information

1-1/4 cups crushed pretzels
6 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1 cup pureed strawberries
1/2 cup lime juice
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Strawberry Whipped Topping or COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
MIX pretzel crumbs and butter in 13×9-inch pan; press firmly onto bottom of pan. Refrigerate until ready to use.
BEAT cream cheese and condensed milk in large bowl with electric mixer until well blended. Add strawberries and lime juice; mix well. Gently stir in whipped topping; pour evenly over crust.
FREEZE at least 6 hours. Remove from freezer 15 min. before serving. Let stand at room temperature to soften slightly before cutting to serve. Store leftovers in freezer.
