* 15 Habaneros peppers, chopped
* 6 cloves Garlic, minced
* 1 Medium Onion, Chopped
* 4 Tomatoes, Diced
* 1/2 cup Sugar
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
* 1 Cup Tequila
1. Combine all ingredients in sauce pan and simmer until all vegetables are tender and soft.
2. At this point you can strain into jars if you like chunky. For a smooth sauce, place in a blender and process till smooth.
Makes about 3 small jars.
This is a hot sauce with a hint of sweetness.
