ELLEN'S MEATLOAF

ELLEN'S MEATLOAF

1-½ lbs. ground pork sausage
1-½ lbs. ground chuck
3 egg yolks, beaten
1 onion, chopped
garlic powder to taste
herbs to taste
½ pint sour cream
chili powder to taste
mix the above ingredients and shape into a loaf and place in a shallow roasting pan.
topping:
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
5 tablespoons ketchup
pinch of nutmeg

Mix topping and spread over meat loaf. Bake at 350° for one hour

Also good cold, thinly sliced
