AUNT DEE'S DELICIOUS STUFFED FRENCH TOAST


 
8 slices firm bread
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
12 eggs
2 c. milk
1/3 c. maple syrup
Cinnamon, if desired
 
Cut off crust of bread. Slice remaining bread in cubes. Place 1/2 contents in pan. Cube cream cheese and place over bread cubes. Add remaining bread to pan.Mix 2 cups of milk, 1/3 cup maple syrup with 12 eggs. Beat. Pour over pan. Sprinkle cinnamon. Refrigerate overnight.
