Beef and Pepper Pie

1 pound lean ground beef.

2 cups of sweet red peppers (including sauce).

1 chopped onion.

1 can sliced mushrooms (drained).

1 cup of grated mature Cheddar cheese.

Pastry for a 9 inch double crust pie.

Place peppers, including liquid, into food processor; process until peppers are cut into very small pieces.

Brown meat and onions in a pan.

Add peppers, mushrooms, and cheese to pan.

Spoon into bottom crust.

Cover with top crust, and seal the edges.

Bake at 350°F until crust is golden-brown, and pie is heated through.
