BREAKFAST CASSEROLE


 
6-7 slices bread, cubed, no crusts (cut while frozen)
1/2 lb. ham, cubed
1/2 lb. cooked sausage, cubed
6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
10 eggs, beaten
1/2 lb. mild shredded cheese
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard (or 2 tsp. prepared)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 lb. butter
 
Grease a 9"x13" pan. Mix bread and ham and sausage and cover bottom of pan. Sprinkle cheese and bacon over top. Mix egg, milk and seasonings together. Pour over mixture in pan. Melt butter and pour over all. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour or until set. Serves 8 to 10.
