1 lb. shredded ham, bulk sausage, or bacon
6 slices bread (torn up)
2 c. of milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese (shredded)
Brown and drain sausage or bacon. Beat eggs and milk and add to meat. Add all other ingredients and stir. Refrigerate overnight. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 15 minutes.
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sifted flour
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
Combine ingredients and sprinkle over cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
