BREAKFAST CASSEROLE


 
6 slices of bread
1 lb. of breakfast pork
6 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. shredded mild Cheddar cheese
 
Cube 6 slices of bread, put into the bottom of a buttered casserole dish. Cook 1 pound of pork sausage, drain. Put aside.Then mix together: 6 eggs, 1 teaspoon dry mustard and 1 cup of milk. Then put the cooked sausage on top of the bread, then follow with the cheese. Then pour the egg mixture over all.
Let this stand overnight.
Bake in the morning, at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
