BREAKFAST CASSEROLE


 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. hashed brown potatoes
1 1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. milk
1 c. finely chopped fully cooked ham
1/2 sliced green onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
5 beaten eggs
Dash of cayenne pepper
 
Pour into ungreased 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degree for 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Makes 6 servings.
