EGG BREAKFAST CASSEROLE


 
6 eggs
3 c. milk
6 slices bread, cubed
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. green pepper, diced
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 lb. ham/bacon or sausage (brown first)
1 c. cheddar cheese
1 sm. onion
 
Brown meat, drain, cool. Beat eggs, milk, salt, mustard. Fold in bread cubes, cheese, pepper, onion and meat. Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan and pour mixture in. Cover. Place in refrigerator overnight.
