GLAZED HAM BALLS


 
1 lb. ground ham
1/2 lb. ground pork
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. chopped onions
2 slightly beaten eggs
 
GLAZE:
1 (9 oz.) can (1 c.) crushed pineapple
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. prepared mustard
 
Combine first six ingredients. Shape into small balls. Place in shallow baking pan. Mix "Glaze" ingredients and spoon over ham balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes, basting occasionally. Makes 6-8 servings.
