HAM AND POTATO BREAKFAST CASSEROLE


 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. hash browns
1 1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. cheese, shredded
1 c. milk
1 c. ham, cooked and diced
1/2 c. green onions (top and all)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
Dash pepper
5 eggs, beaten
Paprika
 
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into ungreased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees until knife inserted comes out clean, about 40 to 45 minutes.
