1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 pkg. active dry yeast
1 c. warm water
1 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 tsp. salt
2-2 1/2 c. flour
1 can tomato sauce
1 sm. onion
1 green pepper
2 c. mozzarella
1. Crumble beef in skillet. Add seasoning and stir and cook until meat is browned.2. Meanwhile dissolve yeast in water. Add sugar. Let stand 2 minutes until bubbly.
3. Stir in oil, salt and 2 cups of the flour, beating well. Add enough more flour to make dough easy to work with. Press into 14 inch round pizza pan. Spread tomato sauce. Top with vegetables and cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
