Nutty Oven-Fried Chicken

1 cup of biscuit mix.
2 teaspoons of paprika.
½ teaspoon of salt.
½ teaspoon of poultry seasoning.
½ teaspoon of sage.
1/3 cup of chopped pecans.
3 lb of chicken, cut up.
½ cup of evaporated milk.
1/3 cup of melted butter (or margarine).

Combine the biscuit mix, seasonings, and pecans; mix thoroughly.

Dip the cut up chicken in milk, then coat generously with the pecan mixture.

Place in a lightly greased 13*9*2 inch baking pan.

Drizzle the melted butter over then chicken.

Bake, uncovered, at 350°F (175°C) for 55-60 minutes or until done.
