Parmesan Fried Chicken

Oil, for frying.
2 medium eggs.
1 cup of milk.
¾ teaspoon of Tabasco sauce.
2 ½ lb of chicken pieces.
¾ cup of all purpose flour.
2/3 cups of grated Parmesan cheese.
1 tablespoon of parsley flakes.
1 teaspoon of salt.
1 teaspoon of oregano.

In a large heavy skillet, heat about ¾ inch of oil.

Beat together the eggs, milk and Tabasco.

Dip chicken pieces in mixture.

In a paper bag, mix together the flour, cheese, parsley, salt and oregano together.

Shake the chicken pieces in bag until coated thoroughly.

Place in hot oil and cook for about 20-25 minutes.
