8 oz. pkg. crescent rolls
8 oz. pkg. smokey link sausages (cut up the whole package)
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese (or Ko-Jac cheese)
7 eggs
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. chopped green peppers
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
Press rolls into 9 x 13 inch glass dish, along bottom and sides. Seal holes. Put sausage and cheese over rolls. Beat together eggs, milk, green pepper and spices, and pour over other ingredients. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 400 degrees. Serves 8 to 10.
