Best Deviled Eggs

12 hard cooked eggs
1/2 C. mayonnaise
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1/2 tsp.dried chives
1/2 tsp.ground mustard
1/2 tsp.dill weed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp.paprika
1/8 tsp.pepper
1/8 tsp.garlic powder
2 Tbsp.milk
fresh parsley

Slice eggs in half lengthwise; remove yellow and set whites aside. In a small bowl, mash yolks. Add next 10 ingredients; mix well. Evenly fill the whites. Garnish with parsley and paprika.
makes 2 dozen.
