5 Star Mac n Cheese

2 lbs. Elbow Macaroni
1 lb. Mozzarella Cheese
1 lb. Cheddar Cheese
1 lb. Velveeta Cheese
1 lb. Jack Cheese
12 oz. Evaporated Milk
5 Tbsp. Butter, Softened
1/2 tsp. Salt

Cook macaroni according to package directions and drain well. Cut cheeses into bit size pieces. Add Cheeses, butter, milk and salt to macaroni and stir to blend. Add more milk, if needed. Put in a greased 9" x 13" baking dish. Bake @ 350F* until cheeses are melted and top is browned and crusty.
