Armadillo Eggs
These crispy, crunchy,
 appetizers, are absolutely delicious,
and quite distinct.
Monterey Jack and sharp cheddar,
 are mixed with pork sausage,
 biscuit mix and
an egg to keep it all together.
 Stuffed into hollowed
 out jalapeno peppers,
 then breaded,
before being oven baked, these are incredible.
