1 (16oz) package sliced bacon
1 1/2 C. packed brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Cut each bacon slice in half. Combine brown sugar, dry mustard and black pepper in shallow bowl.
Dip each half slice bacon in brown sugar mixture and press down so bacon coats well.
Place each slice on baking sheet with slides and bake @ 325F* for 25 minutes or until bacon browns. Turn once.
Immediately remove with tongs to layers of paper towels.
( Bacon will harden and can be broken in pieces)
