1 (16oz) package shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 (4oz) jars diced pimentos,drained
1 C. salsa
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
In large bowl, combine cheese, pimentos and salsa mix well.
Add pepper and mayonnaise and blend well.
Spread on wheat crackers or use to make sandwiches.
