Pinto Bean Pie

1 lb. lean ground chuck
2 onions chopped
2 (16oz) cans pinto beans with liquid
1 (10oz) can tomatoes and green chilies with liquid
2 (6oz) cans French fried onion rings

In skillet, brown beef and onion and drain.
In 2 Qt. casserole dish, layer 1 can beans, beef onion mixture
and half tomatoes and green chilies and repeat layers.
Top with onion rings and bake uncovered @ 350F* for 30 minutes.
