red Hot Onions

3 Lg. Purple Onions
2 Tbsp. Hot Sauce
3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
3 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar

Cut Onions into thin slices.
Pour 1 Cup boiling water over onions, let set for 1 minute and drain.
Combine hot sauce, oil, and vinegar pour over onion rings in bowl with lid.
Cover, chill and let set at least 3 hours.
Drain to serve.

Great with Barbecue!
