6 to 8 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 ( 1oz) pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 (1oz)can. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
2/3 C. water
Brown chicken in a little oil or butter and place chicken in greased 9 x 13 inch. baking dish.
In small bowl, combine onion soup mix, orange juice, and water, mix well and pour over chicken.
Bake uncovered @ 350F* for 45 to 50 minutes.
serve over rice.
