Sweet 'n Spicy Chicken

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
3 Tbsp. taco seasoning
1 (11oz) jar chunky salsa
1 C. peach preserves

Cut chicken into 1/2 inch cubes
Place chicken in large, resealable plastic bag, add taco seasoning and toss to coat.
In skillet, brown chicken in a little oil
Combine salsa and preserves, stir into skillet and bring mixture to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer until juices run clear,
Serve over rice or noodles
