Prep. Time: 10 minutes- Cook Time: 31 minutes
2 c. cooked white rice ( 3/4 uncooked)
2 c.(10oz) cooked chicken, cut into strips
1 1/3 c. French's French Fried Onions, divided
1 pkg.(12oz) frozen bell pepper strips, thawed and drained
1 (12oz) jar chicken gravy
3 T. Teriyaki sauce
Preheat oven to 400 F. Greased 2 quart oblong baking dish. Press rice into bottom of prepared baking dish.
Combine chicken, 2/3 cup French fried onions, bell peppers, gravy and Teriyaki sauce in a large bowl. Pour
mixture over rice layer. Cover; bake 30 minutes or until heated through. Top with remaining 2/3 cup onions. Bake 1 minute or until onions are golden.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
