Make Ahead Vegetable Medley

1 can (16oz) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (15-1/4oz) lima beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (15oz) garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (14-1/2oz) wax beans, drained
1 can (14-1/2oz) green beans, drained
1 can (15oz) small peas, drained
1 can (11oz) white shoepeg corn, drained
1-11/2 cups. chopped onion
1/2 cup. chopped green pepper
1 Lg. cucumber, chopped
1 jar (2oz) diced pimientos, drained
2 cups. cider vinegar
1-1/2 cups. sugar
2/3 cup. olive oil
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

       In a large bowl, combine all the beans, peas, corn, onion, green pepper, cucumber, and pimientos. Combine the remaining ingredients; pour over vegetables and mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
16-18 servings.
