Three Bean Casserole

1 (16oz) can. butter beans
1 (16oz) can. French style green beans
1 (16oz) can. English peas
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 tbsp. oil

  Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan and cook a few minutes to season. Drain.
Sauce:


1 cup, mayonnaise
2 hard cooked eggs, shelled
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 medium onion, grated
1 tbsp. salad dressing
Dash of Tabasco sauce
Crackers crumbs
1 (3oz) can. French Fried Onion Rings

Mix all ingredients together except cracker crumbs and onion rings. In a 9 x 13 inch casserole alternate layers of vegetables and sauce, ending with sauce. Bake at 350 F. for 30 minutes until sauce is bubbles. Cover with crackers crumbs and bake until brown. Top with onion rings.

8 to 10 servings.
