BACON AND EGG CASSEROLE


8 eggs, beaten
12 slices bread, buttered & cubed
1 tsp. salt
1 qt. milk
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
8 slices bacon, crisp & broken

Layer bread and cheese. Mix eggs, milk and salt. Pour over bread and cheese. Let set overnight. Bake one hour at 350 degrees. Put bacon on top just before serving.
