BAKED TURKEY TENDERLOINS IN BARBECUE SAUCE

2 (8 oz.) turkey breast tenderloins, cut in half
2 tbsp. water
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. catsup
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. minced onion
1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
Salt and pepper to taste
Drop of Tabasco sauce

Arrange turkey pieces in a baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Spoon over turkey. Bake, uncovered, in preheated 350 degree oven 15 to 20 minutes or until turkey turns from pink to light in color in deepest part. Baste once or twice. Serves 4.
