2 cans hominy, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tbsp. pepper sauce
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 lb. hot Mexican Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 jar pimentos
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 sm. bag Reg. Fritos

Mix all ingredients together, except Cheddar cheese and Fritos. Place in buttered casserole. Crumble Fritos; mix with Cheddar cheese. Sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
