SMOKY RIBS BARBECUE BASTING SAUCE

1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup flat beer
1/8 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon liquid hickory smoke
2 tbsp. steak sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. dark brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1 tbsp. chopped garlic
1 tbsp. chopped shallots

Combine all ingredients and baste ribs at least once every half hour while smoking
