Bar-B-Q Short Ribs

3 lbs. short ribs
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 tablespoons oil
1 cup catsup
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup water
3 tablespoon worchestershire OR tamari sauce
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
2 teaspoon salt


Method:
Brown ribs in oil. Add onions and celery.
Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Pour over ribs.
Bake at 350° F. at least 2 hours.
