Sweet N’ Sour Ribs

3 to 4 lb. boneless country style ribs
1 can.pineapple tidbits, undrained (20 oz.)
2 cans.tomato sauce (8 oz. each)
1/2 c.thinly sliced onion
1/2 c.thinly sliced green pepper
1/2 c.brown sugar, packed
1/4 c.cider vinegar
1/4 c.tomato paste
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove.garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste

Place ribs in an ungreased slow cooker. In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; pour over the ribs.

Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until meat is tender. Thicken the sauce if desired.

Yield: 8 servings
